Coaching for independent artists
Folders full of beats. Verses that never got recorded. Songs that are "almost ready." I help independent artists get out of their own head, then I edit, mix, and master the song so it's ready to release.
"It's not ready yet."
You've remixed the same hook nine times. Nobody's heard it.
"I freeze when the mic is on."
It sounds right in your head. Then you hit record and it's gone.
"I dropped three songs. Nobody listened."
So you stopped. And you're wondering what the point is.
"I'm doing every job myself."
Artist, producer, engineer, marketer. And you're running on empty.
A song on your hard drive can't find a fan. The problem isn't your skill. It's what happens in your head between the idea and the release.
The fix
We work on the habits and thinking that keep you stuck, using psychology-based tools built for how artists actually work.
Define "done" before you start. Real deadlines. Release at 80% instead of polishing forever.
Find the thought behind the freeze. Build a pre-record routine and low-pressure takes that warm you up.
Measure what you control: songs finished, content posted. Build a release rhythm that fits your real schedule.
Decide what to drop, batch, or automate so the music doesn't burn you out.
A short form so I know where you're stuck and if this is a fit.
Your unfinished songs and your questions, before the call. No paid time wasted on a first listen.
One hour on video. We find the block and work it.
A written plan and your next release deadline. You don't leave without one.
Editing, mixing, and mastering are three different jobs. Book only what you need, or let me handle all three.
Most complete
A coaching session to get the song done, then editing, mixing, and mastering so it's ready to release. You leave with a finished song, not just a plan.
Comping takes, timing, tuning, and cleanup. For artists who'll mix it themselves.
Balance, EQ, compression, effects, and space. Your song, sounding the way you heard it.
Final loudness and tone, plus a file that's ready for streaming.
All three, for less than booking each one separately.
One session, one block, one deadline. For the mental side of finishing.
Every engineering service includes 2 rounds of revisions.
Founding rate: my first 5 clients get 25% off in exchange for a testimonial and a before-and-after clip.
Who I am
I'm Aye Ceee, an independent hip-hop artist, producer, and engineer. I make my own beats, edit, mix, and master my own records, and own my masters.
I have a degree in psychology and graduate counseling coursework. I use that to help artists with the part nobody teaches: getting out of your own way.
